You proudly share your craft with your friends and family. You’ve even sent us emails to brag about it. Now here’s your chance to show off your wood-fired cooking skills to the world. Send us a picture and a recipe (or description on how you made your masterpiece) and be entered in a chance to win some Engelbrecht Grills merchandise.
Official Rules
To qualify, each entry should contain the following:
1) Name
2) E-mail address
3) Mailing address
4) Phone (optional)
5) Photo of your food on an Engelbrecht grill accompanied by the recipe and how you cooked the recipe on the Engelbrecht grill (see specifications below)
Photograph and Recipe Submission Specifications/how to enter
Photographs must be of your food on an Engelbrecht grill. Photos should be shot at the highest resolution setting on your camera to be considered in the contest. Ideal images would be no smaller that 4″ × 6″, the size of a standard photo print and have a resolution of 300 dpi. All images MUST be done in good taste to be eligible.
Recipes or cooking descriptions can be listed in any manner the writer prefers, but contain enough information that the reader can follow along. Examples of terms that are not concise but relay acceptable content: A pinch, dash, coat liberally, heavy smoke, glowing coals
Images must be 10MB or less in size and may be compressed if needed. Images should be submitted as a JPEG format, however, TIFF and EPS are acceptable. NO .png or .gif files will be accepted. E-mail your submission with name, address, e-mail address to the link below:

Judging of Entries
Photos and recipes will be judged by the Engelbrecht Grills and Cookers team based on the following criteria:
1) Essence/uniqueness of entry
2) Quality of image
3) Artistic and presentation merits
4) Product representation
Prizes
Grand prize is a $500 Engelbrecht Grills gift card and will be awarded to only one winner. Two runner up prizes will be a $100 Engelbrecht grills gift card. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received. Entries will be judged after contest closing, and the winner will be notified by e-mail and/or by phone.
Term of Contest
Submissions will be accepted starting September 1st 2023 and ends December 3rd, 2023.
Eligibility
This contest is open to all current owners of any Engelbrecht Grill. Employees and immediate family members of Engelbrecht Grills and Cookers are not eligible to win.
Agreement to Official rules
Submission of an entry to Engelbrecht Grills and Cookers constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Engelbrecht Grills and Cookers, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth and herin in a timely manner. Each winner is responsible for any shipping and taxes, should they apply. Each entry must be accompanied by a photo of an Engelbrecht Grill in order to be eligible. Engelbrecht Grills and Cookers does not assume any responsibility for lost entries or any computer, internet, or technical malfunctions that might occur during the entry process. Entries containing defamatory, libelous, infringing, obscene, harassing, or other unlawful material or statements will be rejected by Engelbrecht Grills and Cookers at its discretion. Engelbrecht Grills and Cookers retains the right to terminate the contest at any time. Subject to Illinois state law.
Ownership and Publicity
All photos and recipes submitted as part of the contest become the property of Engelbrecht Grills and Cookers for display and publication purposes and will not be returned or omitted. Engelbrecht Grills and Cookers may edit, publish, and distribute all photos and recipes in any form as it sees fit. In addition, prize winner’s names, likeness, photograph, and city and state of residence may be used for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
Limitations and Liability
In no event will Engelbrecht Grills and Cookers be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from access to, or use of the site, electronic or computer malfunctions, or your participation in the contest.

The winner will be posted on www.grillsandcookers.com after December 4th 2023.
