Firebox Insert

The 1000 Series Firebox insert fits onto the coal grate inside the side firebox. With this you can use more lump charcoal for longer burns. This design channels the bulk of the heat directly into the cooking chamber. Secondary heat goes into the air gap between the insert and firebox wall and is also channeled into the cooking chamber.

Fire and Ash Rake

Engelbrecht's forged steel fire and ash rake is entirely crafted here in the USA, and truly hand made. Except for the steel foundry making the steel rod, not a single piece of automated equipment was used forming these tools. Styled after an old blacksmith hearth tool, this is the perfect tool for moving logs or burning coals as well as raking ash into the ash container. The rake handle is made from 3/8" steel rod formed with a hammer and anvil. An excellent addition to your bbq pit, grill or fireplace and will give you years of use.

Perfect for cleaning the ash out of the 1000 series. Galvanized steel container with corrugated and swedged sides for strength. Wire reinforced rim. Shipped with cover. Wire handle locks cover on. No. 6110: 10 gallon, top 16" x bottom 13" x 15" H. Not intended to contain glowing or burning articles.

Argentine Insert

This 1/8" solid 304 stainless steel cooking grate is pitched a gentle 5 degrees to allow juices to flow into the drip pan for Parrilla style grilling. The grate cleaning tool fits inside the V-bar grates to help the juices flow and the drip tray hooks onto the grill to capture the juices. Includes the cooking grate, drip tray, and cleaning tool.
